John began his career in 1978 as a life insurance agent in Lafayette, LA. He obtained his CLU designation in 1984 and the ChFC in 1985. He came to Houston in 1989 to work with an international financial services firm as an Estate Planning Specialist.

With a strong desire to cultivate a personal clientele, he joined IMG Financial Group in 1993, and primarily serves clients in the areas of insurance, financial and estate planning, business continuation, estate planning and employee benefits.

John and his wife Barbara have two grown daughters and have lived in Sugarland since 1990.
