Alex was born and raised in Houston, TX, and earned her degree in Communications from the University of Texas at San Antonio. With a strong foundation in client service and a passion for helping others, she found her stride supporting financial professionals and their clients. Since joining IMG Financial Group, Inc. in March 2016, she has played a key role in ensuring the client experience is smooth, organized, and responsive. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her three-year-old son, cheering on the Houston Astros, and making quick getaways to the Texas Hill Country.
