McKayla Holmes, Financial Advisor, earned her degree in finance from Benedictine University, with a concentration in business analytics and a minor in Spanish. During her time at Benedictine, she played on the women’s golf team and was a member of the Scholars Cohort for her graduating class.
McKayla grew up in the Chicagoland suburbs and spent most of her time in Naperville, IL. After graduating from college, she began her career in the golf industry before relocating to Houston in the spring of 2022 to pursue new opportunities.
As a former competitive golfer, McKayla brings the same mindset to financial advising that she brought to the golf course: strategic analysis, thoughtful preparation, and a clear vision for long-term success. McKayla believes in creating tailored financial strategies that not only address immediate goals, but also set the foundation for a strong financial future. Just like in golf, every decision counts—and she’s here to help clients make the right ones, with creativity, clarity, and purpose.
Outside of the office, McKayla is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and can be found in the gym or staying active outdoors. She also serves as an ambassador for the Houston Ladies Executive Golf Society, an organization dedicated to introducing women to the game of golf as way to expand their networks and unlock new professional opportunities. This role allows her to combine her love for the game with her commitment to empowering others.
McKayla holds her SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations, along with her Texas Health and Life Insurance License.
